How we make money
Transparency about how the platform is funded — and what we will and won't do for revenue.
1 · Advertising
NeighborhoodIntelPRO is completely free — every feature, report, forecast, comparison, and life-planning tool is included at no charge. The platform is funded by contextual third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense). Ads are clearly labeled and never influence our scores, rankings, or editorial content.
2 · Partnerships & affiliates
When we recommend an outside service (e.g., moving, insurance, mortgage tools) we may earn an affiliate commission. We clearly label sponsored modules and only feature partners we'd recommend to a friend. Partners cannot influence scores or rankings.
What we will never do
- • Sell your personal data.
- • Take payment to alter scores, rankings, or forecasts.
- • Mix sponsored content into editorial without a label.
- • Show misleading metrics or fabricated social proof.
