1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NeighborhoodIntelPRO (“we,” “us,” the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform is

NeighborhoodIntelPRO is an informational and educational research tool that aggregates and interprets publicly available data about U.S. neighborhoods. It is designed to support relocation, lifestyle, and general research decisions — not to replace professional advice.

3. Data, scores, and forecasts

• Scores are interpretive models built from public data, not certifications or guarantees.
• Data may contain delays, approximations, or incomplete geographic coverage.
• Forecasts are heuristic, directional, and accompanied by confidence indicators. Future conditions may differ.
• Recommendations reflect interpretation of available data and your stated preferences only.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, medical, or real-estate advice. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making material decisions about housing, relocation, or investment.

5. Responsible use

• Do not use the Platform to discriminate against any individual or group.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish data in violation of source-provider terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload Platform systems.

6. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Premium and Pro+ subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform interface, scoring methodologies, narrative outputs, and aggregations are owned by NeighborhoodIntelPRO. Underlying public datasets remain the property of their respective providers. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for lawful research.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeighborhoodIntelPRO, its affiliates, officers, employees, and data providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any housing, relocation, financial, investment, or lifestyle outcomes resulting from reliance on the Platform. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeighborhoodIntelPRO, its affiliates, data providers, and technology providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (i) your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your reliance on scores, forecasts, or recommendations; (iii) housing, relocation, investment, or financial decisions you make; and (iv) any third-party data inaccuracies surfaced through the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. The parties may agree to binding arbitration where appropriate; otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
