What we collect

• Research activity: saved locations, recently viewed reports, assistant conversations, alert preferences.
• Usage signals: de-identified analytics on which features you use, so we can improve them.
• Billing: subscription status and provider identifier — we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

• Deliver and personalize neighborhood intelligence, alerts, and recommendations.
• Operate authentication, billing, and customer support.
• Improve our scoring, forecasting, and assistant systems in aggregate.
• Send important account, security, and (if you opt in) digest emails.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your saved locations or assistant conversations for cross-context advertising.

How we store and protect it

Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security so users can only read and modify their own records. Administrative access is audited.

Your controls

• Access & export: view your saved items, conversations, and preferences anytime in account settings.
• Edit: update preferences, alerts, and saved data at any time.
• Delete: request full account deletion from account settings or by emailing privacy@neighborhoodintelpro.com. We will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Notifications: control email, in-app, and push notifications independently.

Third parties

We use vetted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI inference. These providers process data only on our instructions and under written agreements.

Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International users

Data may be processed in the United States. By using the Platform you consent to this transfer. Where applicable, we honor GDPR/CCPA-style rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability, and the right to object.

Changes

We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
